The aim of this work package is to

  • Ensure scientific coordination of objectives and that tasks, deliverables and milestones are done timely and within the budget fame
  • Ensure communication between the coordinator, partners and the commission
  • Ensure timely financial and contractual management
  • Ensure that all challenges and potential conflicts are identified and mitigated immediately in a timely manner
  • Oversee and monitor all ethical issues
